Decorating Consultations

We’ll discuss paint colors, window treatments, furniture and accessories. We’ll also find a style that works best for you and your family. After our session you’ll be on your way to creating the overall look and feel for your home that you desire.

Room Redesigns

Are you ready for a whole new look without breaking the bank? I’ll rearrange furniture and accessories and re- hang artwork using things that you already have. You’ll be amazed at how much zest will be added to you home.

Organizing Consultations

An initial consultation is a very important step in finding the right solutions to make a major difference in your space. We’ll walk through your home evaluating you needs and come up with a plan of action. This plan may include; space saving ideas, suggestions on donating, tossing or placing some of your belongings in storage, purchasing organization tools, such as files or multi purpose furniture, and putting your things into categories. You’ll have a basic plan if you want to tackle the task on your own or we’ll have laid the foundation for our first one on one session.

Personal Organizing

We’ll work together on an area that was chosen from our initial consultation. We will sort, purge, categorize, label and find a home for your belongings. I’ll suggest any storage or organization solutions that you may need. My goal is to find a system that works for you and your lifestyle. I’ll leave you with basic organizing principles so that you can maintain your new space.

Real Estate Staging Walk Through and Checklist

A 1-2 hour walkthrough of your home assessed from every angle. We will discuss objectives and identify what needs to be packed up, moved, uncluttered, painted, replaced and updated. Furniture placement and accessories will be addressed to maximize your home’s space and features. You will receive a written report. All of this will help you sell your home for top dollar.

Real Estate Staging

1st impressions are important when it comes to selling a home. Did you know that the average potential buyer makes a decision within 10 seconds of walking in the door? We will utilize the staging report and checklist from our initial consultation, rearranging your space to maximize all of its potential.

Personal Wardrobe Styling

Do you have a closet full of clothes and still don’t have a thing to wear? I’ll help you sort, mix and match outfits and accessories to maximize the wardrobe that you already have. We’ll make a list of any essential items that may be missing. All new outfit combinations will be photographed and saved on a disc for you.

Holiday / Special Event Decorating

Throwing a party can be exhausting. There is so much to do from the guest list to the food. There’s no need to be out of energy by the time your company arrives. I’ll come in and decorate you party space, dining room table, even your home for the holidays.

Visual Merchandising

Do you own a small store or boutique with great merchandise that’s just not moving? Sometimes it’s all in the way it’s displayed. Let me come and showcase your products in a way that will garner them the attention and foot traffic you deserve.

Shopping

Finished a room redesign but, now you need that perfect pillow? Are you missing a key storage solution for you office?  I’ll be your personal shopper.
