Dawn Falcone’s design career began at an early age. She spent a great deal of her childhood organizing her mother’s closet, decorating & redecorating her bedroom, hand painting & beading jean jackets and designing her own prom dresses. Her love of different art forms made it difficult to choose a major in college. Throughout her life Dawn was told that she had to focus her career on only one of her talents, so her parents convinced her to study fashion design. She headed to NYC to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Upon graduating Dawn realized that fashion alone was not enough. She was happiest and most fulfilled exploring and developing all of her creative talents. She worked for Fendi’s watch division setting up display cases at high end retailers. She has been a freelance costume designer and wardrobe consultant for Independent films and theaters. She worked as a fashion stylist for photographers and the individuals. Dawn helped coordinate and decorate weddings and numerous special events and even studied acting.

 In 2005 she started her own unique company, Dawn Falcone Lifestyles LLC. It is a place where she can combine all her passions for organizing, decorating, interior design, crafts, fashion, party planning, and cooking under the title of lifestyle designer.

Dawn is currently writing a cookbook based on her family’s secret recipes. The trials and tribulations of this experience are featured in her award winning website mylifewithgarlic.com. Dawn is proud to be the resident lifestyle designer for heartofgoldgirls.com. She is a member of NAPO and IRIS. Ms. Falcone resides in NYC with her husband Tom; a true renaissance man.
